Episode 123: Legal Cannabis Farmer in Michigan Raided by Police and Faces Charges
Peter O’Toole, better known as “Uncle Pete”, is a legal cannabis farmer in Michigan whose operation was raided by police. Pete, his wife Cristy, and business partner Jenn Cook now face felony manufacturing charges. Their completely legal operation has helped save over a thousand patients with various ailments and diseases. (Hear more from Uncle Pete in episode 62).
OK so multiple comments, I’m new to MI so thank you for your show. The ACLU and other groups will only take on large civil rights violations not single cases. If you could prove they are targeting you and all the other caregivers that have been you may have a chance at a large case. This is something I learned and had to go around with them before. That being said thank you for what you are all doing, sharing your story and honesty, you’re helping so many more than just 18 people.
