After nearly drowning in 2011, Coltyn Turner developed a bacterial infection that doctors believed triggered Crohn’s disease. With western medicine not working and the boy’s health deteriorating, the family turned to cannabis. Coltyn’s mother, Wendy Turner, tells the wonderful story of how her son’s health dramatically improved with cannabis. A self-professed “goody two shoes” mom is proud to say she has completely changed her attitude towards cannabis now that she knows what a powerful medicine it is.
Thank you for this. I have MS. My ex-husband has severe Crohn’s disease. We both use cannabis to help us. Please keep up the good fight. We have to fight our illnesses and the government to keep cannabis available to us. We live in MT and it has been a HUGE battle. I have had to come out of the cannabis closet because I am not the face that people who think negatively about cannabis picture. I am a 57 yr old gray haired lady. lol Anyway, thank you again for this. It is appreciated more than you know.
Thank YOU Nancy for coming forward and helping people understand that cannabis is medicine; it’s a healing plant. We very much appreciate your kind comments.
