    The DOJ has promised to ramp up prosecution for violations of federal marijuana laws. They claim the Supremacy Clause (Art 6 sec 2 ) requires State submission to these federal laws.
    Problem: The Supremacy Clause actually says the exact opposite. There is no power delegated to the federal government through the Constitution to regulate plant consumption. Therefore, according to Madison, Hamilton, Jefferson, et. al., these laws are invalid…no law at all.
