He spent 8 years in a wheelchair after being officially diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1998. Kevin Leeper of Ohio was on multiple medications for his MS and his weight ballooned to 300 pounds. But in 2014 he started smoking cannabis and a year later he quit all of his MS medications. MRI scans showed his lesions decreased in size, and he was able to put his wheelchair in storage and he lost about 160 pounds. While still using a walker, he says his MS symptoms are now mild.
I’m from Massillon and I don’t know him but I’m so happy for him. How awesome that he’s off all that medication and can walk! This has been proven time and time again. So many people suffering for no reason. Like he said, greed.
Rock on Kevin!!! Go Tigers.
