It seems that the pivotal moment in Jaycob’s healing crisis was the death of the young boy. I would venture to say that he had a spiritual awakening (this has nothing to do with a religious belief). So are we human beings having a spiritual experience? Or are we spiritual beings having a human experience? If the latter resonates more, is it possible that this human body, this meat suit, is nothing more than a vehicle for the spirit to live the human experience. And if this is true, then is what happens in the human body just a manifestation of what is happening with the spirit? If the body is sick, is that because the spirit is sick?
